We use this information to manage your enquiry or booking, allocate your parking space, communicate arrival and return instructions, take payment and provide the parking service.
3. CCTV
Motion-triggered CCTV operates around the parking area for security, crime prevention and protection of vehicles and property. CCTV may capture people and vehicle registration numbers entering or using the parking area.
4. “Your car says hello!” photo updates 👋
As part of our personal service, we may send you a photo of your parked vehicle while you are away. You can ask for additional updates or tell us if you would prefer not to receive them.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. Information will only be shared where reasonably necessary to provide the service, process payments, comply with the law, or protect our legitimate interests.
6. Keeping your information
We only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary. CCTV recordings are normally deleted within 30 days, unless footage needs to be retained for longer because of an incident, complaint, legal requirement or other legitimate reason.
