1. Your booking
Your parking space is reserved once your booking has been confirmed and payment received. Please provide accurate arrival, return and vehicle details.
2. Self-parking & keys
Cherry Place Parking is a self-parking service on a private residential driveway. You park and lock your own vehicle and keep your keys with you. We do not move or drive customer vehicles.
3. Parking at your own risk
Vehicles and belongings are left at the owner's risk. Please ensure your vehicle is locked and valuables are removed or kept out of sight. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability arising from our negligence where applicable.
4. CCTV
Motion-triggered CCTV operates around the parking area for security and property-protection purposes. Further information is available in our Privacy & CCTV notice.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancel more than 48 hours before your booking starts and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
6. Delays & changes
If your flight is delayed or your return time changes, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as reasonably possible. We understand that flight times can change.
7. Overstaying your booking
If you need to leave your vehicle beyond the agreed booking period, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional parking charges may apply.
8. Parking correctly
Please park only in the space allocated to you and follow the arrival and parking instructions provided. Your vehicle must not obstruct other vehicles, neighbouring properties, pavements or access.
9. Vehicle condition
Your vehicle must be roadworthy and must not present a hazard or leak fuel, oil or other substances onto the driveway.
10. Personal belongings
Cherry Place Parking does not accept responsibility for belongings left inside vehicles except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
